The Resolution resolved that the local self-governing bodies should temporary until the adoption of the corresponding decision stop taking the decisions and implementation of the previously taken resolutions on expulsion editorial offices of mass media, cultural institutions (libraries, editorial offices, book shops book spread enterprises).
It is recommended that the Cabinet of Ministers should elaborate the order of the placing of the book shops in the building of the state property etc.
The government should also in urgent manner elaborate the Bill of the Law on prohibition of expulsion of editorial offices of mass media, cultural institutions (libraries, editorial offices, book shops book spread enterprises)
